Ordinary Nouns

I started making t-shirts for some reason and can’t stop. The idea of a shirt that simply says the ordinary nouns with a design evoking what the the intent is instead really got me. It started with just having the words Major City on a shirt being hilarious to me. My first design was the Major City NYC shirt where it all came together and made sense (at least to me).

Now the Major City idea is a theme collection of 4 shirts. You get the idea.

One of my favorite branches of this idea is the orange Television shirt in the Nickelodeon font.

No AI was used in making these shirts. I hand assembled all of the vectors and even did some custom font letter design in order to match the theme.
